Most of the services we provide should be covered and paid by your insurance company, but if you have questions, please contact our billing office or your insurance company prior to your visit. We are glad to file the claims for you so that you do not have the additional concern and effort of dealing with this. However, all professional services are rendered to the patient and not the insurance company. As such, all charges, regardless of insurance coverage are the patient’s responsibility. We do expect copays at the time of service. We ask that if your insurance has not paid for services within 45 days that you follow up with them.
